Adults
Trinity offers a robust slate of activities and opportunities for fellowship and service for adults. Below are some of the ways you can connect with others and offer your time and talents to the church, our community, and the wider world, all to the glory of God!
Sunday Adult Bible Study
As part of our Sunday School offerings, we have a lay-led weekly conversation among adults. Topics vary, but have included the last 24 hours of Jesus’ life, various books of the Bible, and, this year, an examination of the life and writings of St. Paul. This lively group meets from 9:15 am – 10:15 am, from September through May.
Periodic Weekday Bible Studies
From time to time, Trinity’s pastors have offered milti-week educational opportunities, usually on a weekday evening to explore more fully a stated topic.
Young at Heart Group
Members of all ages, but especially our more senior members participate in the fun fellowship activities of this group. The group alternates bus trips with luncheons together, sometimes featuring guest speakers. Their Christmas Parties and Summer Picnics are always highlights of the year, and their wonderful outings and lunches are coordinated by Kathy Sigley, our Coordinator of Events.
YarnWorks
The YarnWorks group joins together monthly to knit and/or crochet items for hospitals, shelters, and for their annual sale. Many items are created such as hats, scarves, prayer shawls, lap blankets, and baby blankets.
Men’s Group
Trinity’s Men’s Group meets monthly, usually over dinner, to offer mutual support and conversation for the men of our congregation.
